For Buyers

Creating a buyer account is quick and free. Click "Register" on the top-right corner and select "Buyer" as your role. Fill in your name, email, phone number, and a strong password. You will receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account.

Once verified, you can immediately start browsing sellers, sending inquiries, and placing orders. No subscription or payment is required to use buyer features.

Yes, using the platform as a buyer is completely free. There are no registration fees, subscription charges, or hidden costs. You can freely:

  • Browse the entire seller directory and storefronts
  • Send unlimited inquiries to sellers
  • View product and service listings
  • Leave reviews and ratings after transactions
  • Participate in the Trade Pool for bulk deals

Some sellers may have their own pricing for products and services, but the platform itself charges nothing to buyers.

You can find sellers in multiple ways:

  • Search Bar: Use the search bar at the top of any page to search by business name, keyword, product, or service.
  • Category Browse: Visit the Categories page to explore sellers organized by industry.
  • Seller Directory: Lists all active sellers with filters for location, category, rating, and trust score.
  • Compare Tool: Use the Compare Sellers feature to evaluate businesses side by side.

Search results are ranked by relevance, trust score, and activity level to surface the most reliable businesses first.

Every seller's storefront has a "Send Inquiry" form in the sidebar. To send one:

  1. Visit the seller's storefront page
  2. Fill in your name, email, phone (optional), and your message
  3. Click "Send Inquiry"

The seller receives your inquiry via email and their dashboard. Most sellers respond within 24–48 hours. You can also use the WhatsApp Chat button (if available) for instant communication. There is no limit on the number of inquiries you can send.

The Trust Score is a 0–100 rating calculated by our algorithm based on multiple signals:

  • Profile Completeness: Sellers with complete profiles score higher
  • Verification Status: KYC-verified sellers get a significant boost
  • Customer Reviews: Higher average ratings improve the score
  • Response Rate: Sellers who respond quickly to inquiries are rewarded
  • Activity Level: Regular updates and new listings contribute positively
  • Order History: Successful completed orders increase trust

A score of 60+ is considered trustworthy, and 80+ is excellent. Use this as one factor when choosing who to do business with.

Yes, you can leave a review after completing at least one order with the seller. This ensures reviews are genuine. To leave a review:

  1. Log in to your buyer account
  2. Visit the seller's storefront
  3. Scroll to the Reviews section
  4. Select a star rating (1–5), add an optional title, and write your feedback
  5. Click "Submit Review"

Your name will be displayed publicly, but your email and contact details remain private. Each buyer can leave one review per seller.

The Trade Pool is a group-buying feature where multiple buyers pool orders together to negotiate better prices. Here's how it works:

  1. Visit the Trade Pool page to see active pools
  2. Join a pool that matches your needs by specifying the quantity you want
  3. Once the pool reaches its target quantity, the seller offers a discounted bulk price
  4. All participants get the negotiated price, regardless of their individual order size

This is especially beneficial for small businesses wanting wholesale pricing without committing to large minimum orders.

The Compare Sellers feature lets you evaluate businesses side by side:

  1. Browse the seller directory or search results
  2. Click the "Compare" icon on seller cards to add them to your list
  3. Visit the comparison page to see a detailed table comparing trust scores, ratings, product counts, pricing, and response times

You can compare up to 4 sellers at once. This tool helps you make informed decisions when multiple businesses offer similar products or services.

Your privacy is taken seriously. Here's what is and isn't shared:

  • Shared when you inquire: Your name, email, and message (phone only if you provide it)
  • Never shared: Your password, browsing history, other inquiries, and account details
  • Reviews: Only your name appears publicly

We never sell your data to third parties. You can review our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling and protection.

Verified sellers display a green verification badge on their storefront and in search results. Verification means the seller has:

  • Completed KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification
  • Submitted valid government-issued ID documents
  • Had their business details reviewed and approved by our team

We recommend prioritizing verified sellers for higher confidence in transactions. Unverified sellers may still be legitimate businesses in the process of completing verification.

Payment methods vary by seller and are displayed on their storefront under the Payment section. Common options include:

  • UPI: Direct transfers using the seller's UPI ID or QR code
  • Bank Transfer: NEFT/RTGS/IMPS using displayed account details
  • Cash on Delivery: Available for some local sellers
  • Online Gateway: Some sellers accept card payments via integrated gateways

Always confirm the payment method and terms directly with the seller before making a purchase.

If you experience issues, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Seller: Try resolving the issue directly through the inquiry system or WhatsApp
  2. Document Everything: Keep screenshots of conversations, payment receipts, and order details
  3. Leave a Review: If unresolved, document your experience honestly in a review
  4. Contact Support: Use the Contact Us page with your order details, seller information, and issue description

Our support team investigates complaints and may take actions including mediation, warnings, or account suspension for serious violations.

Yes! When browsing seller storefronts, you can click the bookmark icon to save a seller to your favourites. Access saved sellers anytime from your Buyer Dashboard. This makes it easy to revisit businesses you've worked with or plan to contact later.

There is no limit on how many sellers you can save, and sellers are not notified when you bookmark them.

Every seller has a dedicated storefront page that showcases their offerings:

  • Products Section: A grid of product cards with images, prices, and sale pricing
  • Services Section: A list of services with durations and pricing
  • Gallery: Photos showcasing their work, premises, or portfolio
  • About Section: Business description, team size, and establishment year

Click on any seller's name or "View Storefront" button in search results to access their full page.

Currently, the platform is fully responsive and mobile-optimized, working seamlessly on any smartphone browser — no app download required. You get a native app-like experience with touch-optimized navigation and fast-loading pages.

A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap. In the meantime, you can add the website to your phone's home screen for quick access (use your browser's "Add to Home Screen" option).

Sellers are organized into a hierarchical category system:

  • Main Categories: Broad industries like Healthcare, Education, IT & Software, Restaurant, etc.
  • Subcategories: More specific niches within each main category

When you browse a category page, you see all sellers in that category and its subcategories. You can further filter by location, rating, or trust score. Each seller belongs to one primary category for clean organization.

Badges are earned achievements displayed on seller storefronts. Common badges include:

  • Verified Seller: Completed KYC verification
  • Top Rated: Maintains 4.5+ star average rating
  • Fast Responder: Responds to inquiries within 2 hours on average
  • Premium Seller: Active premium subscription
  • Trade Pool Active: Participates in group buying

Multiple badges indicate a highly active and trustworthy seller. Hover over any badge on the storefront to see its description.

Absolutely. The inquiry form on every storefront is designed for this purpose. When sending your inquiry:

  • Clearly describe the product or service you need
  • Mention quantities, specifications, or deadlines
  • Ask for a custom quote or proposal

The seller will respond with a tailored quote. For urgent requests, use the WhatsApp button for real-time negotiation. There is no limit on inquiries, so feel free to request quotes from multiple sellers to compare.

To update your account settings:

  1. Log in and go to your Dashboard
  2. Click "Profile" or "Settings"
  3. Update your name, email, phone, or password
  4. Click "Save Changes"

For password changes, you'll need to enter your current password for security. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to receive a reset email.

If you suspect a seller is fraudulent or violating platform policies:

  1. Visit the seller's storefront and note their business name and URL
  2. Go to the Contact Us page
  3. Select "Report a Seller" as the subject
  4. Provide specific details: what happened, any evidence (screenshots, receipts), and dates

Our trust and safety team reviews all reports within 48 hours. Confirmed violations can result in seller warnings, trust score reduction, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform. Your report identity is kept confidential.
