1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy governs refunds and cancellations for subscription plans and paid services purchased directly from Vyaapar.com (the "Platform"). This policy applies to payments made to Vyaapar Technologies ("Company," "we," "us") for Platform services only.
Important: This policy does NOT cover transactions between Sellers and Buyers. All disputes related to products or services purchased from Sellers must be resolved directly with the Seller. Vyaapar.com is not a party to Seller-Buyer transactions and bears no liability for refunds, returns, or disputes arising from such transactions.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1. Free Plan
The free plan requires no payment and can be used indefinitely. No refund is applicable.
2.2. Paid Plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum)
Paid subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by the User at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1. Refund Within 7 Days (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are dissatisfied with a newly purchased paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date, provided that:
- You have not used any premium features (boost credits, lead credits, etc.);
- Your account has not been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service;
- The request is made through our official channels (support ticket or email).
3.2. No Refund After 7 Days
After the 7-day cooling-off period, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may continue to use the service until the end of your current billing period.
3.3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund (minus the monthly rate for months used) only within the first 30 days of purchase, and only if no premium features have been consumed.
3.4. Renewal Charges
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date. We are not obligated to provide refunds for renewal charges if you fail to cancel in advance. However, if a renewal charge was unexpected and you contact us within 48 hours, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Boost credits that have been applied to a store;
- Lead credits that have been consumed (used to reveal contact details);
- Featured listing fees once the listing has been activated;
- Setup fees or customization charges, if any;
- Subscriptions terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service;
- Payments made to Sellers for products or services (these are NOT our payments);
- Any service where the benefit has been substantially delivered.
5. Cancellation
5.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.
5.2. Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
5.3. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 3 of this policy.
5.4. We reserve the right to cancel any subscription and issue a prorated refund at our sole discretion, including in cases where we discontinue a service or feature.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Vyaapar.com account.
- Navigate to Support Tickets and create a new ticket with category "Billing."
- Include your registered email, subscription plan, payment date, and reason for the refund request.
- Alternatively, email us at billing@vyaapar.com with the above details.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7-14 business days.
7. Refund Processing
7.1. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7.2. Processing time depends on your payment provider and may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
7.3. If you do not receive an expected refund within 14 business days of approval, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then contact us if the issue persists.
7.4. Any transaction fees, payment gateway fees, or currency conversion charges incurred during the original payment may be deducted from the refund amount, as these are non-recoverable costs.
8. Disputes Related to Seller-Buyer Transactions
8.1. Vyaapar.com is a marketplace platform that connects Sellers and Buyers. We are NOT responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of products or services sold by Sellers.
8.2. All refund, return, and exchange requests for products/services must be directed to the Seller.
8.3. If you are unable to resolve a dispute with a Seller, you may raise a support ticket for mediation assistance. However, Vyaapar.com is under no obligation to mediate and shall not be held liable for the outcome of any Seller-Buyer dispute.
8.4. Vyaapar.com shall not be liable for any financial loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from Seller-Buyer transactions.
9. Chargebacks
9.1. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately pending investigation.
9.2. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and collection of outstanding amounts through legal means.
10. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any refund claim shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific subscription or service in question. In no event shall Vyaapar.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages in connection with refunds or cancellations.
